Payment Policy

Billing Structure:

  • Hourly Charges: Our services are billed at an hourly rate.

  • Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued bi-weekly, every other Friday.

  • Initial Deposit: Clients are required to make an upfront deposit equivalent to two weeks' worth of service when commencing work with us.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Notice Period: Should a client wish to terminate services, a minimum of two weeks' written notice is mandatory.

  • Deposit Refund: Upon settlement of the final invoice and completion of payment, the initial deposit will be refunded.

  • Insufficient Notice: If the client fails to provide the two weeks' notice before canceling services, they will be invoiced for hours worked from the last billing date until the date of cancellation. Additionally, the initial two weeks' deposit will not be refunded in such cases.

Payment Procedure:

  • Invoices: Invoices will be sent on the scheduled bi-weekly billing dates.

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due within two days of the invoice date.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods.

Late Payments:

  • Late Fees: A late fee will be applied to overdue balances, calculated at 10% of the total billing for each day the payment remains outstanding beyond the due date.

  • Suspension of Services: Failure to clear outstanding invoices may result in the suspension of services until payment is received in full.
